Detailed description
Chopped black olives are added to a soft savoury bun dough kneaded with butter and yoghurt. The salty, aromatic taste of the olives is balanced by the lightness of the dough. Brushed with egg yolk and sprinkled with nigella seeds before baking, it is a favourite for breakfasts and lunch boxes.
