A pastry associated with Istanbul and Balkan cuisine, made with pastırma (cured beef), kashar cheese, tomatoes and peppers. Once baked, the filling wrapped in pastry turns crispy outside and warm inside with melted cheese. The spiced aroma of pastırma gives it its unique flavour.
